Strong leaders are not simply born—they are developed through guidance, opportunity, and meaningful experiences. At Put Me In Again Foundation, our leadership development programs are designed to help youth build confidence, strengthen character, and develop the skills they need to make a positive impact in their schools, families, and communities.
Through the Put Me In Coach Mentorship Program, participants engage in interactive learning experiences that focus on communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. By combining mentorship with trauma-informed practices, we create a supportive environment where young people can discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and grow into responsible leaders.
Leadership is about more than achieving personal success. It is about serving others, making thoughtful decisions, and inspiring positive change. Our programs encourage participants to become active contributors within their schools and communities while developing the resilience needed to overcome life’s challenges.
We believe that every young person has the potential to lead when they are provided with the right encouragement and opportunities. By investing in leadership development today, we are helping build stronger students, stronger schools, and stronger communities for generations to come.
